Editorial

Another bumper issue. From moaning last year about not having enough material I am now swamped – this is wonderful – keeping sending the material in.

A report about the Ring ARM debunks their “sober’ image (as do their 1930s log books), however, the meeting obviously wasn’t as lively as the year Sally attended. Sally attended the Open Morris AGM where a proposal to merge with the Federation was made. Please read Sally’s report and write to us with your comments as we need to discuss this as an organisation.

The results of the Age Analysis are in this Newsletter and make very interesting reading.

Yet another survey – on clog irons – the supply is jeopardy and the three Morris organisations need to know if you use them, and how many. Please complete the questionnaire if relevant to your Side.

Information on Insurance is included in this issue – don’t forget you can still get Personal Accident cover from us.

Jane Shaw has decided to stand down which leaves two vacancies on the Committee from next January. Jane tells you about her job in this issue and I told you about mine in the Spring issue, a job advertisement for these two posts is included. If you are at all interested please contact the relevant current post holder.
case I will pass it on to the Editor.
