An Illustrious Order of Fools & Beasts event.
Open to all budding or experienced Fools, Beasts and Morris Characters from any team from the Morris Federation, Morris Ring, Open Morris, or independent. This year we will be joining in with Wharfedale Wayzgoose in Otley, West Yorkshire.
Robert Chisman, the organiser, says:
Our base will be Sconce Scout Campsite, Sconce Lane, Baildon, Shipley, BD7 6BG. There are REAL BEDS available, first come first served! Just bring your sleeping bags! There is plenty of room for Motor Homes and Caravans, and a camping field for the hardy Fools!
The Saturday tour will be around Otley and Harrogate. There will be the usual mix of workshops plus the AGM on Sunday.
Unfortunately, due to rising food and transport costs, the fee has had to be increased to £90; this includes Friday supper, two breakfasts, Saturday lunch and Feast. Where else could you go for full board for a weekend at this price?
