At our AGM in Sheffield on Saturday 27th September 2025, we were pleased to grant Honorary Life Membership of The Morris Federation to Melanie Barber, following nomination by Jenny Everett on behalf of the Morris Federation Committee. This was in recognition of Melanie’s work during her 6 years as President between 2014 and 2019.
On Wednesday 28th January 2026, at a Rivington Morris practice, Melanie Barber was presented with her Honorary Life Membership certificate and badge by President Pauline Woods-Wilson, and the nomination read out by Jenny Everett (past Treasurer and Events Officer, current co-optee, and Honorary Life Member).
