Video recording of talk

Recording of a Morris Federation workshop on “Cotswold Morris – Bledington Jig” by Andrew Knight, Lin Steel and musician Tony Warren held on Zoom on 28 February 2021. The #MorrisFedvideo lasts for 1 hour 33 minutes.

Andrew Knight and Lin Steel, with musician Tony Warren, will teach a Cotswold morris jig (solo dance) for those with some experience of Cotswold morris, and also suitable for those who attended our beginners Cotswold workshop in November/December.

The dance is ‘Lumps of Plum Pudding’ in the style of Bledington, and as usual it will be as recorded by the collectors.  During the 1.5 hour workshop they will cover the form and steps of the dance, and build to the ‘Lumps of Plum Pudding’ jig.
