Mummers and wassailers didn’t let the weather curb their customary appearance over the festive season, the Cheltenham Folk Festival in February brought morris dancers out on the streets again, and there’s a new side in Adderbury to look forward to at the village day of dance in April. Many of us older dancers will remember the energetic and inspirational workshops of Roy Dommett, Great Western have persuaded him to come out of retirement to lead a workshop in Exeter. Plus, there’s an opportunity to get to know Jerry West, our new Notations Officer.
