DESCRIPTION:Welcoming you to Stoke-on-Trent \nThe Morris Federation and Domesday Morris extend a warm welcome to all members of The Morris Federation to join us in a Day of Dance on Saturday 26th September 2026 in Stoke-on-Trent\, followed by The Morris Federation’s AGM at 16.30 (16:00 sign-in). \nThe Day of Dance will include tours that include the likes of Gladstone Pottery Museum or Ford Green Hall\, and great pubs like The Glebe or The Holy Inadequate. \nThe day\, including the AGM\, will be based at Fenton Town Hall\, and from here there will be coach tours provided by Domesday showcasing some of the great industrial heritage of our city. DESCRIPTION:An Illustrious Order of Fools & Beasts event.\nOpen to all budding or experienced Fools\, Beasts and Morris Characters from any team from the Morris Federation\, Morris Ring\, Open Morris\, or independent. \nRobert Chisman\, the organiser\, says: \nThis year\, I am pleased to announce that East Kent Morris are hosting the 2026 event! Our base will be the Faversham Cricket Club\, Selling Road\, Faversham\, Kent\, ME13 8XF. \nWe’re back to indoor camping this year. There are showers available. There is plenty of room for Motor Homes and Caravans\, and camping for the hardy Fools! \nThe Saturday tour will be in Canterbury City Centre\, as part of the Canterbury Arts Festival. There will be the usual mix of workshops\, including a talk on Kent Hooden Horses\, plus the AGM on Sunday. The fee has been capped to £90; this includes Friday supper\, two breakfasts\, Saturday lunch\, and Feast. DESCRIPTION:Joint Morris Organisations’ Day of Dance 2027 (Sheffield)\nThe JMO National Day of Dance is a collaborative event organised in turn by one of the three morris organisations in the UK – The Morris Federation\, The Morris Ring\, and Open Morris.
