SUMMARY:Illustrious Order of Fools & Beasts Unconvention 2024 (Birmingham)
DESCRIPTION:An Illustrious Order of Fools & Beasts event.\nOpen to all budding or experienced Fools\, Beasts and Morris Characters from any team from the Morris Federation\, Morris Ring\, Open Morris\, or independent. This year we will be joining in with Jockey Morris‘ Day of Dance. \nOur base will be Barnt Green Scout and Guide Centre\, Blackwell Rd\, Barnt Green\, Birmingham B45 8BT. On Friday night there will be supper\, bar\, music/dance workshop and singing! On Saturday we will be travelling to the centre of Birmingham by train\, so don’t forget your Railcard\, if you have one! (Travel costs are refundable if you wish). Jed Dunn is providing the Feast at the Centre. AGM and workshop on Sunday. \nIndoor camping as usual\, any hardy Fool who wishes to pitch a tent outside is welcome. For those who wish to B&B separately\, the nearest large town is Bromsgrove where there is a Premier Inn and a Travelodge. There is a largeish car park at the Centre\, so there should be enough space for motor homes. \nPrice has been kept at £80; this includes supper\, two breakfasts\, Saturday lunch and Feast.
